Shared Accounts and Spouse Processing
We are excited to announce spouse processing through paperless reimbursement is now available!
The Spouse Processing feature is important for those FSAFEDS participants who do not carry the medical, dental or vision coverage but are the accountholder for the FSA. Some federal employees set up their benefit enrollments so one spouse is the family's FEHB and/or FEDVIP policyholder and the other spouse is the FSAFEDS participant. Spouse processing enables the spouse enrolled in FSAFEDS to take advantage of paperless reimbursement by having the other spouse's FEHB and/or FEDVIP plan(s) forward any claims associated with their account.
If you would like to participate in this option, you may do so now. Simply log in to your online account, select Paperless Claims and follow the instructions.
