The Federal Flexible Spending Account Program (FSAFEDS) Limited Expense Health Care FSA (LEX HCFSA) is an important addition to a Health Savings Account (HSA). It helps cover eligible dental and vision expenses that are not paid by insurance and saves you money by using pre-tax funds.
