Important Information about Emails and Links
Administration of the FSAFEDS Program transitioned from ADP to WageWorks on September 1, 2016. As part of this transition, the tools used for sending emails to FSAFEDS participants have changed.
Account-related emails, such as confirmation messages and activity alerts, will be sent from the @fsafeds.com domain. Educational and informative emails will be sent from the @wageworks.com domain using [email protected] as the primary email address. Links contained within these emails may contain references to WageWorks.
Information about these sending addresses has been shared with FSAFEDS participating agencies. This allows each agency's IT team to review the information and help ensure that these emails reach participants who use their work email address for FSAFEDS purposes.
If you receive FSAFEDS emails at a personal email address, please be sure to add fsafeds.com and wageworks.com to your safe senders list. This will help ensure you continue to receive emails about the FSAFEDS program.
